No Saaniya Software LLC Service is intended for use in the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment, or prevention of disease, and no Service is offered as a medical device. We do not accept HIPAA / PHI processing without a separate written compliance program.

7. Countries we do not serve

This is a Saaniya Software LLC rule. It applies to every product and service, including GuruVidyaZen (shared academies and Dedicated Academy), School SISLMS, SISMMS, Riyaz Studio, Saarthee CoPlanner, Saarthee Fleet Manager, Saaniya EMR, Saaniya Office Suite, Astrology Guide, website services, and custom work. We do not sell to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, or the occupied regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk), or to any party on a U.S. sanctions list.
